Introduction
This course provides Step-by-step risk management guidance for drinking-water supplies in small communities. The WHO’s 4th edition of Guidelines on Drinking Water Quality (WHO, 2011) explicitly states the importance of Water Safety Plans and The Bonn Charter (IWA, 2004) advocates the use of Water Safety Plans as the best way of ensuring good, safe drinking water.
